Compared to metal materials such as copper electrodes, carbon has the following advantages.

1. It can be cut 5 to 10 times faster.
2. Processing speed is 1.5 to 2 times faster.
3. It is less than 1/5 lighter.
4. It has good heat resistance and it does not soften even in high temperatures.
5. It has high accuracy because its thermal expansion coefficient is less than 1/4 smaller.
6. Electrodes can be bonded to it.

We even have graphite of particle diameters as small as 1-3 um and we recommend graphite with the exception of super fine-end finished products. The West has already made the transition to graphite and through that transition; a total cost reduction is being realized.
